You deserve to know What they know

Qustas is the independent center that measures whether companies tell you the truth about their products.
We certify honesty, not performance.

The information exists. It just never reaches you.

Nobody measures whether companies tell you any of this.

In the Gulf, home to one of the world's most diverse and least studied populations, that gap is at its widest.

That's where we start.

The standard

A ladder of conduct, in six questions

Every product is scored 0–100 overall, composed of six modules. The score doesn't depend on whether trial data exists. It depends on how each company behaves toward the information.

1

Existence

Is the information for this dimension disclosed, or is there silence?

2

Accessibility

Is the information readily available to the consumer, or does locating it demand disproportionate effort?

3

Comprehensibility

Can the consumer understand the information, or is it worded in inaccessible technical language?

4

Honesty about Limits

Does the company expressly declare what it does not cover or does not know for this dimension?

5

Non-Induction to Error

Does the company communicate in a balanced way, or highlight the favourable and soften the unfavourable?

6

Verifiability

Does what the company claims match independent public sources, or must it simply be believed?

The public index

Independence

Nobody pays to be measured. Nobody can pay to change their score.

The public index is free and complete. Revenue comes from around the index: seal licensing, training & accreditation, partner auditor licence, data and API, fast-track assessment, never from inside it.

The standard is governed by an external council of clinicians, academics, government, consumer representatives and Qustas. The rated industry never sits on it. That is the difference between "trust me" and "look at how it's built."

Qustas Certified Seal

The Qustas Certified Seal

Awarded only to Tier A products (85–100). It cannot be bought, only earned, and only kept while the score holds.
